New Fave: the Pioneer Woman

I can’t remember where it was that I first found The Pioneer Woman, but she is one of my new all-time faves. She was a city girl that married a cowboy (the aptly named Marlboro Man) and now she blogs about her life on the ranch w/ her four kids. Be sure to check out her cooking blog as the recipes are fantastic. But even better, I love that she really shows you step-by-step how to make things, with gorgeous pictures and a really hilarious commentary. The most recent entry was for a delicious-looking “Sleepin’ In Omelette.”   All kinds of yummy recipes just lurking over there — check out the Cowboy Food section for the kind of stuff that keeps your man happy.
